Board sharing

1. Open the Boards app

2. Enter your board

3. Tap on the SHARE icon

4. Add email address and then tap the checkmark ✓

5. When done, tap the SEND ICON

6. Get a confirmation message 👌🏼

Change member's permission / remove members

1. Enter your board and tap the 3 dots

2. Tap ״Members״

3. Tap the 3 dots of a member

4. Change permission or remove from the board

5. Get a confirmation message 👌🏼

Will my team members be able to edit the shared board's content?

No. They will be able to view the content in the editor in a "view-only" mode, and load the content into their Boards keyboard in order to send it.

Will my team members be able to share the board that I shared with them?

Yes. By default they will be able to invite more people to the shared board.

Can I avoid from my team members to share my board?

Yes. You can change members' permissions at any point. Check out this guide to learn how to do it.
