Create Web pages with Forms and share them with the world to collect leads, gather customer inputs, event RSVP, and more.

To get started with Forms, simply:

  1. Open a Board

  2. Tap on the plus icon

  3. Tap on the Web page option

  4. Tap on the plus icon

  5. Tap on the Form option

  6. Add or remove fields

  7. Tap Next and Done

  8. View your Form inside a Web page

Send unlimited broadcast messages to your team members. Your members will be notified on their mobile devices and can access all the updates in the Messages feed tab within the Boards app.

To get started with Messages, simply:

  1. Open a Board

  2. Add members to your Board

  3. Tap on the "Send message" button

  4. Type your message

  5. Preview your message

  6. Post your message to your members

Create unlimited voice recordings of up to 10 minutes, save them to your boards, and share them as voice messages or links across unlimited channels.

  1. Open a Board

  2. Tap on the plus icon

  3. Select the "Voice recording" option

  4. Start recording

  5. Save recording

To get started with Video uploads, simply:

  1. Open a Board

  2. Tap on the Add Content button

  3. Select “Video”

  4. Select a video to upload

To get started with Image saving, simply:

  1. Open a Board

  2. Select multiple images or tap an image

  3. Tap the "Share" icon

  4. Tap "Save to device"

To get started with video sharing, simply:

  1. Open a Board

  2. Tap on a video file

  3. Tap the "Share" icon

  4. Select "Share a file" or "Share as link"

Manage who sees what with content restrictions for your shared Boards.

To get started with Content restrictions, simply:

  1. Open a Board

  2. Tap on the "Add Members" button

  3. Choose to restrict content and folder sharing

To get started with Analytic, simply:

  1. Enter Boards desktop app

  2. Enter a Board

  3. Click the "Analytics" tab on the top left corner
