Your Board Is About to Get a Whole New Look

Think about how much time you spend inside your Board. It's where you organize your product details, set up your recruiting system, build out onboarding materials, and keep your team pointed in the same direction. It's your workspace, your system, your daily home base.

And until now, every Board and Folder in it has looked... exactly the same.

That's changing. We're introducing Cover Images, a simple new way to give every Board and Folder its own look, so the second you glance at your Board, you know exactly what's inside.

A Board That Looks Like You

Here's the idea: your Board already reflects how you work. Now it can reflect how you brand, too. Add a photo that represents you and what's inside any Folder, or pick a color that makes it instantly recognizable. Either way, your Board stops looking like a generic filing system and starts looking like something you built.

Picture it: your "Products" Folder with an actual photo of your latest drop. Your "Recruiting" Folder in a bold color that makes it pop against the rest. Your "Onboarding" Folder clearly labeled and impossible to miss on a new teammate's first day. Small change, big difference.

We kept this simple on purpose:

• Add a cover image (recommended size: 1560 × 720 px) to any Folder

• Or select a color instead: no image required, just pick what fits

• Videos and images inside your Board and Folders now preview more accurately, so previews are clear and easier to browse through

  
  

Here's what's not changing: your content.

This is a visual update only and nothing about who can see or access a Folder is affected. It's the same Board you already know, just easier on the eyes.

We put together a full guide for this, but here are a few things worth knowing up front:

• Once you set a cover, image or color, it updates instantly for everyone with access to that Folder. No syncing, no waiting.

• Cover images are for in-Board display only. They're there to help you and your team navigate, not to be downloaded or shared outside the Board.

• Didn't upload the exact right size? No problem — 1560 × 720 px is the recommendation, not a hard requirement, so there's flexibility if your image isn't a perfect fit.

• Changed your mind? You can open the cover editor at any time to swap the image or switch to a different color.
